I'm new to XML and I was wondering if theres a way to display this XML feed so it displays on my website?

Yes, there is :) - however none which are very easy.

I saw a PHPNuke block for showing this, but not sure if anybody stepped up to the task of converting it to XOOPS.
If not, there are XML parser classes included in XOOPS for manipulating XML data.
