login column missing after i install new theme

After i install a new theme, i logout admin and try to display my website in new browser. but all the button and login column are missing!!!!
how i can login to my admin area again seems the column is not there anymore.

my website: dejourney.com

Anyone can help?

log in manually:

first go to http://yoursite.com/user.php and login
once logged in go to http://yoursite.com/admin.php
