Does anyone know of a module that monitors the hits to a site? Like what OS, Hits in an hour/day etc?

Someone posted an alternative template about two months ago that you can search for here in the forums.

Good search words would be "web stats" or "istats".

You can also use PHP-Stats and PPHlogger which don't run as XOOPS modules, but there are XOOPS blocks to display the stats they gather. Do a bit of searching and you should find plenty as this question is asked a fair bit.

It is very important for my site to see what sites referenced to me. Is there statistics module who shows it?

Yes, some means of reporting http referrers is a standard part of all web stat programs I'm pretty sure.

I've stopped on pphlogger, it's pretty cool.

Yeah, pphlogger is definately a top notch stats program. I actually used it for about 6 months before moving to PHP-Stats.
