Sorry about double post, i know its a huge no-no on Forums everywhere, but I figured this a more suitable place than the beginners corner.

so here's my question again.

"Whats the bare minimum database/user permissions I can give to my DB,and created DB_USER for XOOPS to install and work properly?

Hello,

create, select, update, insert and drop.

Note, create and insert are necessary if you need to install modules.
