I am trying to implement a rating/voting system for my site, http://www.radioiv.com , Can someone please tell me how XOOPS knows if a user is logged in. What does it look for?
(i.e., in phpBB, it looks for something similar to this, i think, if ($userdata['user_id'] == 0) as not logged in)
What does XOOPS use?
