How to edit the menu entries for myDownloads

Hello,

I am trying to get rid of the submenu that pops up when a user clicks on downloads in the main menu. I am using the downloads module that cam with Xoops.

I do not want the Submit, Popular and Top Rated options to appear when the user clicks on the downloads link.

Do I have to modify the downloads module or XOOPS itself. Any and all help is very much appreciated.

Remove submenu in the mainmenu block?

Go to xoops_version.php for that module.
find the area

$modversion['hasMain'] = 1;

remove the [sub] parts you don't want.

update the module, done.
