I already created a client username and password, and try to login at http://www.mysite.com/banners.php

Where did you create this username and password?

You should define the login name and password when you create a client in the Banners Administration, this is not standard user.

I already created a group name CLIENT and assign permission on BANNER. Then I created a user under this group. But the access on http://www.mysite.com/banners.php still failed. Still got a msg "Taking u back to where u were..."

Im using XOOPS 2.0.18 Is that a bug? Any idea how for me to fix it? Thanks
