Well, I admire your courage and generosity! I hope you know what you've let yourself in for (a great community with a great project and a huuuuge list of things that people want).

Yes, sorry i'm here!. I do this because i think XOOPS has a lot of potential and would be great to help. Right now i'm analizing XOOPS classes and things. I will create(forgive me) a list of "warning" errors or things that needs to be improved (of the basics modules). But there isnt much!.

This is my calendar for xoops:

26/11/09 I will post an "advice list"(dont kill me xD) with the things that i consider that can be improved.(would be great if u tell me where)

20/12/09 I will release the alpha version of the module Ecx (Easy catalog for xoops). Ecx its a new module for showing any tipe of list of product or whatever u need to list.

Features(for the alpha ver. 0.0.1)
Groups of attributes
Type of Attributes
Attributes
Products/Categories
Catalog listing and product display will be template based(smarty).

The idea of the module is to use it for any tipe of listing u need to do. eg. services, products, etc. u create a group of attributes and asign it to a product/category so u can modify the entire module to fit your needs without touching the php code.
