LOLOL I FINALLY FOUND THE #$^@!#$ CULPRIT wahahhaha
so happy finally got the template admin back. i have been living without template admin for several months.

finally got it back.. OKok hope XOOPS document this problem so others facing this can solve it also in future.

I login to phpmyadmin,
locate the database - xoops_tplfile

and remove those files that are not found in the XOOPS modules. and the template admin is back \o/\o/\o/

actually i just got the same error again, trying to find out what i did last time to remove it...

So, now i will try your solution to make my site work again.

and this old method of solving doesn't seem to work in XOOPS 2.3.2b

It happened after I upgraded my site from 2.0.18 to 2.3
and had uninstalled several modules since then.

Do you have messages when debug is on?
Can you give an actual description of the problem?

ghia, my template admin interface looked like this.
it loaded halfway. the rest of the template group wouldn't load.

I encountered this problem last time and solve it by removing the templates in the database which are not removed by the system when uninstalling the modules. In another words, some templates still show up in the database even though the module has been uninstalled and deleted from the site.

But this resolution doesn't seem to work in XOOPS 2.3.2.

I'll post a debug later when there are less visitors to the site.

nvm got it solved.

I uninstalled the myiframe module and delete the template from the database.

it works now
