There are also modules / hacks for user administration.

I work with Ackbarr (Xoops site admin) and ejuden01 (module developer) at my full-time job. My brother (ejuden01) is creating a help desk module. If you would like to see it, it is on dev.xoops.org. The actual address to the project is xhelp - Help Desk Module. They will be releasing a beta of xhelp very soon I believe. xHelp is actually setup on Ack!soft Development Site...if you want to check out what xhelp looks like right now. Information to login is on the site (you may have to join his site though). You could also download the source that is out right now.

Can't wait to get a beta of it.
I presently use osticket outside of the XOOPS install. Would love to have something integrated.

That's what I'm talking about. That is a great looking usefull module! How close to beta are you? I mean is it ready for some real life testing now? If so, I would love to put it to use in a 100+ user shop and test for you.

I believe we are a week or two away from a beta. I have a list of features that I want implemented prior to the first beta release, and we have about 5-7 more to go.

I've sent it a Feature Request as a ticket. Hope you take a look at it. lol

From what I've seen, it looks very promising. Really really can't wait to get the beta. hehe
