traceroute seems ok, but anyone who tries from UK are at least 25 secs, yet from USA its fast. Anyone know what else could make this happen? This happened yesterday as well, not for so long though. My friends site at http://www.sunnyshores.net is the same

onsmart.net think everything is fine and closed the ticket?

Funny Jack, but I'm on onsmart too and I noticed this slower connection the same time you did. A day before this slow down thing I noticed that my site was down (for about half an hour)
I see the same effects you do, sometimes slow, sometimes not.
