First version of this hack used now and can be tested on this news at Modules Proving Ground (last, most right link in news-footer).
This hack perform almost same function as "Discuss in forum" in AMS, but was dome in slightly extended manner: instead of jumping to seelcted forum only, this hack
- Create new topic with topic-title from news-title (and add backling to source news-artilce) on first jump
- Just select previously created forum-topic for follow-up answers

Admin part also modified - on creating-editing article author can select, in which forum discussion can be added.

Configuration require (for now) some hand-work in order to be able use this hack with (any, I hope) forum. New file include/forum_constants.php seems to have obvious format (preconfigured for NewBB), and correct work was confirmed for XOOPS 2.0.10 + CBB 1.13 and XOOPS 2.0.9.3 + NewBB 2.02
