Sorry, i don't understand. The XOOPS upgrade site says to use the appropriate upgrade package.
What is the "full upgrade method"?

Can I use the xoops2.3.3b-to-2.4.4.zip download to upgrade from 2.3.3?
Note this is NOT 2.3.3b...
