BIG Problem (dealing with IP banning) :(

I have someone harassing up on my website (linking to a site that spams mutilated corpses, spamming personal information that a semi-stalker told him, and so on)... and he continues to log in and create new usernames from the very IP that still appears to be banned in admin. Is there any idea as to why he's still able to log in and register? Any answers would be much appreciated.

Percentage of Total Posts?

I have noticed in other forums there is, in addition to the post count, a percentage of the site's total posts that belong to that person. Is there a way for me to put a feature like that on my XOOPS site? Please let me know :)

Email privacy?

I received an email today from a member of my website telling me that he did not check the "show my email" option when he signed up, but his email address still shows for other members. I looked at his account-- the "show email" option was NOT checked

For the time being, his email address has been changed to "private," but I need to know if there's a fix for this. Thanks in advance

Changing width on new themes?

My Site

For some reason, many of the new themes I'm uploading for my site compress like that. I tried updating to the latest version of xoops, but obviously that didn't work. Can anyone tell me if there is a way to make my themes full screen?

This seems to have worked last time (but Mokie fixed it last time). Now it is happening again and I have to idea what that means. All i can really do is click on the Users under MyAdmin and look at the error page. Can someone please elaborate on the above quote? I would appreciate the help

When trying to look at the users in the SQL, here is what I get:

Can't open file: 'xoops_users.MYI'. (errno: 145)

Error

SQL-query :

SHOW KEYS FROM `xoops_users`

MySQL said:
