can not run the module, it says that the module does not reflect fully the web for that reason I am using the google translators (translators use to reply:)) encantosperutours.com

I have a query over the XOOPS 2.3 and 3.8 if you install CBB utf gives me the XOOPS in error by placing tilde in Spanish (all the text disappears after the tilde) and whether to change Iso solves the problem but in the forum when they send comment on the screen goes blank and no error in the debug the errors that I have just got to the top
