I cant find a way to edit that submit download page , check screenshot above , formulise is so hard to use can somone pls help ?

indeed , its hard , but maby you understand me better if i post a screenshot from the form i like to edit a bit , i mean add some text in it and deleted some fields

Hey guys i can not find how i can change the Submit download Form in wf downloads.
Can u help me pls , i know it must be .html
If the user like to submit a download they come on the Submit download Form page i like to change a bit the content in it but its seems i cannot find it , and its not in submit.php.
