I have a custom admin section for a custom module and part of the system module for a web site that is stile HEAVILY under development.
the site is running XOOPS 2.2.4 due to the themable admin section.

i believe the problem with the extra lines is due to modules using the sanitizer method nl2br() which converts all new lines to br tags.

in XOOPS 2.2 using the default admin theme, I get this problem with Internet Explorer, where the drop down menu is shown behind form elements. It seems to work fine in Firefox.
Has anyone been able to solve this? Or got any tips?
