Problem with WYSIWYG Editor in Content Module

All the pages that I have done recently have had their links altered in this fashion. When you click on the link, you go to the url:

http://domain.com/modules/(script removed)void(0);/*1213883472638*/

The actual problem is that the WYSIWYG editor is changing my links to resemble this rather than showing what i put in the editor. I know its the WYSIWYG editor as i have turned it off and the links are put up fine. I do use Kovi editor but not for this module. I use this one to make my pages.

The links change to this instead of the link in the HTML.

(| a href="javascript:void(0);/*1213882940344*/" |)

*replacing the < with (.

Any idea how to fix this issue? What file runs this? I have deleted the editor from my site and reinstalled it from a local touch and its not a file in the editor. I have had my site hacked before and thats why i dont feel comfortable posting my website here.

Any help would be great!
