Sorry to double post this but after several days I have no answers in the other forum section.

I'm getting a weird problem when I first try to go into the admin options.

I clicked on Administration menu and this load, "This is your first time to enter the administration section. Press the button below to proceed." Which does seem normal, except that when I click Submit, it loads again.. and again ect ect ect.

Its a windows system, fresh download and no problems with read privs.

Please Help!

Its a windows system on apache and not linux. The permissions are a-ok. I also seem to have a problem with new user signup. Not sure if new user signed up is turned off (is that possible?) or if this is a related bug??
