Ther is one i am using them for about 6 months now: 3ix.org - they are quite a nice hosting company and there tarrifs as low as $1 per month.. On thing is that they are very reliable indeed.

Hello,
Well there are really some good articles about how to transfer from one host to another - but i would like to know that can any hosting company officials do this for me?? OR will it be too risky to hand over to others??

Well this is indeed an amazing forum subsection to find a good host. Currenly my site is hosted on 3ix.org servers. Its good uptill now and quite cheap also.
