I need a full functional Xoops site in English, German, French, and Spanish

I would like to buy a full functional XOOPS site in English, German, French, and Spanish. A blank site with dummy text that I can change the contents and evrything!! In above languages of coure!

Dose anybody has a site like that?

I have installed "xlanguage" and all that and added IT, fr, and so on but none of them works. I can not switch to any other language but EN. How did you install yours?? How did you add diffrent languages to "xlanguage"??
Where do you put diffrent language folder for XOOPS and how did you install them?

I appercitate if you show me the right way to use "xlanguage" for en, sp, fr??
