-submissions add point and users can give point another user (same with vbulletin rep. system )
-users can give negative points to users...

hi,
i'm using XOOPS 2.0.18.1 i install the xbs meta tag. i'm perform on my site writing this post:

And install module. But how to use thist module? Plase someone tell me more simple how to use this module. my language not english. i don't understandt in help file :p
