Hi there, i was looking over the net to find one good cms for my new project and i came to xoops. I want to create a site for freelancer so buyers can post projects and providers can take projects, since i am new to XOOPS i dont know if can do this thing with xoops. If some one of you knows what modules i need to use to make this thing happened it will be very helpfull for me. thanks in advance
