iam really a very new to XOOPS ..
i knew about it, as i was surfing the web, and saw exactly what i want my website to do, done with XOOPS ...

what i want is to make a "Download-upload community"..

that means, i would like to offer files for download, and at the same time allow user to post their files to make it available for other users ..

i want also to be able to order the files into folders, with statics for every file, and users and so on ..

the whole site should really work in that manner ...

so is XOOPS right for me ?
do i have to reprogram anything, or it is available in the way i want !?

just to let you know i worked for the last year with joomla, i also developed some modules and components ...but i really like to have a site, that really looks like a
DOWNLOAD COMMUNITY ...
