If a new user registers himself, a confirmation-mail is send. On my xoops-site I want that all useraministration is done by an admin. When I add a user via the administration-menu no mail is sent to the new user or webmaster. Is there any way that a mail with username and password is send to the new user when he is added via administration-menu?
