Hi! I am not English I am Spanish so I dont speak very well English, I am so sorry if you dont understant me!!

Well, I have installed XOOPS and it is working ok, but I dont know 2 things! the first, How can I put a important post? I want that one post can be important in every forums, and not only in one of them,

And second and I finish . This is de form I see all the reply on my forum



But I would like that everybody can see the reply expanded like on this forum, how can I do it?
