SmartProfile weights not taking effect

I have added several new fields to SmartProfile. I am now trying to specify the order that fields are displayed in, by 'weighting' them in numerical order in the module's admin page.

I'm not sure what the module is ordering fields by, but it doesn't seem to be the weight...
