Hmmm not exactly what I'm after, Im looking to be able to get all the user avatars from the user table If not blank.gif then echo the file name of the avatar


Which system php file could I modify so that when avatar filenames are renamed on upload I can put a prefix on the file?

hello, i am working on an embedded marquee that has user profile avatars. im trying to use the XOOPS system to access the user_avatar fields of users from the user table

im working within the theme.html file, is there a way to do this with smarty?

or would it just be easier if i write some php code and embed it within the theme.html page? (didn't really want to do this because the php code is displayed in normal text when viewing. (in regards for the database access info))

if anything is there a way to include some file in the theme.html that will connect to the database?

i tried updating the mainfile database prefix, but that didn't work

it says that its ok, while i was in there i found 2 interesting things

1) Table Op Msg_type Msg_text
x_angles.x458_session repair status OK

x_angles.x458_session is the table name, but on the table list it only shows x458_session, could it be my servers MySQL configuration?

2) Error

could it be not installed correctly?

hello, i did a new install, everything seemed to install correctly, but when i go somewhere nothing gets updated. for example when i log in, it doesn't register that i have logged in, even though it says thank you for logging in, once i was able to log in and get to admin menu, (after resetting password) then i tried to change some settings like site name, but it would never reflect.

MySQL Version - 5.0.83
PHP Version - 5.2.5
ipage.com webhost

Hello all
I have a XOOPS 2.3.3 site that is on example as.com, I want to move it to and new domain bb.com

xoops is still on the same server , just domain change

I searched the whole db to update the domain, then I changed the line in mainfile, but I still get some pages with aa.com in them, do some modules write to files some sort of config?, what else could I check to update?
