using membersahip 1.0 - how to use with xpayment?

i just installed membership 1.0

it comes with another module called "membership" and another module called "xpayment"

xpayment has another folder inside called "plugin" which has a php file

membership 1.0 installed without error

but how do i define my paypal account number?

and the "xpayment" module is not listed in the modules to be installed

please help

im still confused why xoops module coders do not provide instal and usage instructions (other cms coders do). its a courtesy.

anyways, im grateful for the coder for this module, good job, but if only he or she explains how to get it to work

please help

hi everyone, i just installed xoops 2.5.1a for a site with 3 diffrent membership levels. i want to charge different joining fee for each membership level

therefore ....

i cannot locate a module that lets me do this with the version of xoops im using

i tried these modules

membership -- but it is for listing members belonging to a group

and i also tried membership 1.0

but it does not provide installation instructions. It comes with a xpayment module that it has a folder "plugin" with one file

can anyone recommend a free module that lets me do this?

i appreciate your help

I had installed that module, NEWS, but how do I get it to rotate from tab to tab, as it does in the xoops.org home page?

I like the animated news module displayed in the home page of this site. And I would like to know WHICH module is that?

Also.....

WHICH forum module is being used on the home page? It looks very nice and would like to use it in my site too.

when i click on more.... in the who is online, nothing happens either

let me say that these problems only occurs with themes that i downloaded from the XOOPS website

i changed themes and the problem is gone

however.....

i MUST use the theme that has these problems

it is one of those things

it is a site for my church.... they want that theme that has these issues

cant say no to God, you know -- lol

really, i really need help

on the who is online block, i see a member is online, so i click his name, then i click on the PM icon on his profile to send him a private message -- but nothing happens when i click on the PM icon

thus i cannot send private messages

please help

Will not display images with HTML tags in a block

my site was working fine -- all images were showing with HTML tags -- then all of a sudden, it wont display them.

for example i used the following tag in a block:

<IMG SRC="./images/condude.gif">

then all of a sudden after working for days.... it does not display the image

i have been constructing the site so probably it is something i did -- but i can figure out what

please help
