Instalation Error thadmin in xoops-2.3.0-rc-addon

Hello,

i testing XOOPS 2.3.0 RC Release with some modules.
this is a error msg in instalation thadmin modules.

Call to undefined function thadmin_loadLanguage() in C:\wamp
\www\include\cp_functions.php on line 35

- Jeu de templates : PcPratique
- Version PHP : 4.4.2
- Version MySQL : 4.0.27
- Logiciel serveur : Apache
- Statut safe mode : OFF
- Register Globals : ON
- Navigateur : Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; fr; rv:1.8.1.1) Gecko/20061204 Firefox/2.0.0.1
- Support librairie GD : Activé (vignettes disponibles)
- Version libraire GD : bundled (2.0.28 compatible)
- Statut d'upload du serveur : ON
- Taille maximum d'upload autorisée : 10M

I have to try to find the solution for my question, I do not.
