Figured it out, or at least fixed it. under general settings:

"Debug mode

Several debug options. A running website should have this turned off."

somehow this value got set to PHP Debug, dont how why/how, but thats what was causing the problem.

I had this problem once, make sure you accept all cookies. That fixed my prob.

I installed XOOPS a while ago, and it was working perfectly for a long time. Just a little while ago, I tried accessing my site using IE, and nothing shows up, just a blank white page. Everything works perfectly in FireFox.

Anyone have any suggestions on how to get this to work again in IE? I dont remember changing anything but uploading 1 (yes one) new file, thats it.
