This seems to be an off and on occurance...

Registered users are permitted to post new events. I've tried allowing events to be posted without approval and with. Either way, the poster submits their info, then comes a screen saying Thank You, or that it's been submitted for approval.

The new event does not post to the calendar (when approval is not required) and it does not post and go to pending events (when approval is required.)

Any suggestions on how I can trouble shoot this, or why it looks like info is going through, but then not showing up?

Site is www.townloafer.com.

Thanks!
Linda

I'm using the addresses module, which is great, but I'm having a problem with the link to the URL submitted for each business listed.

Say, Town Loafer is added to the directory, when you click on the website link it, it goes to the following:

http://townloafer.com/cumming/modules/addresses/www.townloafer.com

How do I eliminate
"http://townloafer.com/cumming/modules/addresses/" from being added to each web site link?

You can view the problem at:
http://townloafer.com/cumming/modules/addresses/visit.php?cid=278&lid=38

and then clicking on the link listed for website. This problem is on every subscriber.

Thanks!
Linda

I'm using Event Guide for RSVP events. Great so far! I'd like to move the reservation portion above the event listing. The problem with it being on the bottom is that once you register, you are taking to a page that requires you to hit a confirm button, but since it's at the bottom of the event listing, no one sees it and the registration isn't made. Can anyone tell me how to resolve this?

I have converted My Album to a list of sponsors for a magazine.

I'd like to eliminate the following from all areas in My Album mod...

Submitter
More Ads from 'submitter'
Last Updated time stamp

They appear under single view and in the latest listed

Website - www.townloafer.com/cumming/modules/myalbum/

Thanks!

I'm using the News mod for articles in a magazine. Users should not be able to submit news but I can't locate where to remove this option from the main menu.

The two options currently listed in the main menu are archives (which is great) and then submit article (which needs to be removed). Under preferences it is marked to not allow anonomys users to submit an article, but it's still listed and when clicked says they don't have permission for that action.

Help is greatly appreciated!

Thanks,
Linda

I've tried this several times now. I can post one event, and when I attempt to post completely different event it says it's been uploaded, but it doesn't appear. This only happens when I try to load one after another. Anyone else have this problem?

Thanks,
Linda
