I've tried your suggestion, its still acting the same way, under smarty it gives debug messages when I do other things, but when entering the users admin section it gives me nothing. I am able to use find user, then this allows me to modify the users on the system. maybe its something to do with permission for these files or something?

When I click on Edit user from the admin module, the Browser displays a blank page, also I get no messages when I turn on php or MySQL debug, in firefox I get nothing, the browser seems to revert back to where I was with no errors, in MS Iexplorer I get a "The Page cannot be displayed error"

Has anyone seen this type of error before?
