Major Problems with MeWebHosts

Absolutely the worse experience with Web Hosting I have had. My domain is now off line and no one over there (where ever "there" is) can or will talk to me about any issues. Numerous inquires have only resulted in my account being cancelled without explanantion without remedy. They are holding my domain hostage for unspecified reasons and unspecified demands.

I would recommend a host running Windows 3.11 before this group.

MEWebHost is pretty good at setting up minimum environment for php. The problem is with the off-shore support that is obviously following a script, will only handle things through email and DOES NOT COMMUNICATE WITH THE ACCOUNTS DEPARTMENT. My domain has been taken off line and I have no idea why. Numerous Inquires have gone unanswered. By all means use anyone else. These jokers will not survive for long.

OK when it comes to taking your money but horrible when it comes to customer service. The off-shore support is only handled through email where the ask you the same set of questions over and over. The mythical accounts department does not talk to customer support and refuses to answer any of my inquires. My domain has been deactivated and I do not know why. If you make the mistake of using them, heaven help you.
