so any clue? i think maybe a libxml module is needed? but i am not sure this is my first time manually installing xoops

already tried those display errors are on as well as startup errors tried all fixes in that thread i only registered because none of those are working

Ok after some hassle with installing XOOPS in the first place(failed writing on install) i got it installed and now none of the pages are showing up at all. I have PHP5 (yes i know i corrected the problem with a thread from here that had some correction code for my install file) and i got everything installed and MySQL 4.13 along with apache 2.0 runnong windows XP can anyone help me with my problem i can provide more info if needed
