Do Xamp or Wampp allow you to have a XOOPS working website from a CD-Rom?

Hi,
I will release very soon OutSite-In (http://www.outsite-in.com) a new software that transform easily your site in "outersites": your portable, dynamic website, without the Web.

March 2006, final betatesting takes place. I would like to know about OutSite-In compatibility with Xoops. Do outersite work from your XOOPS website? Any feedback and help will be really appreciated. It will help us to ensure XOOPS and OutSite-In work fine together.
You can download OutSite-In from http://www.outsite-in.com.

Thanks,

Georges - OutSite-team.

PS:
- Betatest OutSite-In and you will get 50% off on OutSite-In purchase.

- XOOPS will just work as on-line! How?
Outersites created by OutSite-In use SilAMP, our powerful and silent distribution manager of AMP (Apache, MySQL, PHP). With SilAMP, your outersite is always dynamic, securely offering the same services as your web server. Search engines and all requests, even complex requests, to your database function just as well as those on the internet. There is no installation for end-users.

- An offline website, what for?
Different purposes:
* to go to meetings, exibitions and show a website (finished or under development) where there is no internet connection.
* to distribute CDs of your site (marketing, offline catalogs...)
* to backup a site and read it without having to install it
In other words OutSite-In lets you use your webdevelopment in a wider context.
