Is there a module where users can submit a article where there are say two input text fields one for title and on for body but before they can be seen by the other users it must be approved by the admin. Is something like this already in XOOPS or can I download a module. Help I am a Newbie.

When I activate a new poll and the news why does a user must be logged into to see the poll. Cant I have it where anyone that goes to the site cam see them but if they wanna take the poll or write a news article they must be logged in?

Or can it just be open for all all the time?

Can anyone tell me how I log into the administration panel and where it is I did a new install just now and I can not find a admin log in. I tried in the regular login but no luck. Here is my install site.http://www.thedogboard.com
