Hello,

I want to say I think that TinyEditor is great! Thank you and great work, I love it and it works great!

The issue I am having is I am using it in the Mail Users function of the admin section and it forces relative URLs through-out the site which is fine (good even) but in mail users it can't be there (the images in the email won't show up). The setting in the "Mod Conf Options", doesn't seem to work.

I looked on the tinyeditor site and can configure the tiny_mce_src.js (then rename it as; I don't have an editor that can edit the tiny_mce.js file directly) but it doesn't flow through in the module.

Like this:

relative_urls : false,
remove_script_host : false,
document_base_url : "http://www.site.com/path1/"

Any thoughts?

Thank You,

Hello,
I am using:
the SmartFactory's - Multilanguages 2.0.4 Final
w/ XOOPS 2.0.13.2
Win 2k server / production on Linux
PHP 4.4.2
Apache 2.o.58 MySql 4.1.20.

And I have built an Interview publishing system around SmartSections, when I added it to my base code with the Multi-language branch it does not support Chinese.

I have 2 Big issues:

1. SS seems to truncate the Chinese text after about 4 lines from either (intro or body) input fields. (I have experimented with various input editors some work worse than others but none works).

2. The bit of schinese text it does get, it turns it to extended ascii rather than GB2312.

I have tried with 0 success the following:

1. Atempted to input text with the browser encoding set to all the obvious settings.
2. changed my database Collation to (utf8, latin & GB2312)
3. Checked the PHP config for mbstring (it is on)

I can insert the text directly into the db as GB2312 and that works but if the text is opende by SS, poop!

Seems I am out of luck here but I am open to some ideas and replacement ideas too!

Thanks for any thoughts!!!!

Hello,

Had the same issue and followed your thread. I took the hint of the X_config table and found the "bad_ips" field to have the value of "a:1:{i:0;s:9:"127.0.0.1";}". I updated 127.0.0.1 to 127.0.0.2 just for a test and ah ha it all came back...

Figure I'll deal with it in the admin section from here but thought it may help...
