hi guys what I am want to do is to decrease the width of the "contact us form" because it is too large and is pushing the right block away. Any ideas?

Hello guys please help meeeee.
I am trying to change the file permissions for mainfile.php to 444, but everytime I change it ... nothing changes ... mainfile.php stays with 644 permissions. I am trying to change it with filezilla because I dont know any other way. Any suggestions.
