There it is! Thanks, dunno why I couldn't find it...

I was sure I posted about this once before and got it working again with someone's suggestion, but now I can't find it...

A XOOPS 2.0.something installation that was working fine is no longer accepting logins - even logging in as an admin, the login itself works, then I immediately get "Sorry, you don't have the permission to access this area."

If I logout, I can see the main page as it's available to guest users, but logins all fail. The "lost password" prompt emails me a new password, but then I get the same message.

Tell me I don't have to completely reinstall this thing???

Hmm, okay, that fixed that, but now I'm getting "You can't access this area" as soon as I log in with a valid account. BAH.

I moved a previously working (but unused for several months) XOOPS system to a new server... now it's working on the surface, but I can't log in with any admin accounts. I get a "Down for maintenance" message no matter which admin I log in as. Thinking there must be some way in the database to toggle the maintenance mode, I just can't find it... can anyone point me in the right direction?
