Have problems with cyrilic encoding in "Contact us" module? How i can make Contact us form to work with cyrilic characters and send these cyrilic characters corectly to e-mail?

How can i print exactly location?
{X_SITEURL} print site url, how can i print full path
example: {X_SITEURL} + subdir + subdir.
