Re: Simple form in a block

Hmmm Already tried to change the mail settings. Did not solve the problem. And other modules (which are working with mail, like formulaire) are working properly...

Re: Looking for a evennews alternative

Hi Olger,

Did you already found an alternative voor Evennews?

I'm looking for it too.

Thanks
Cuno

Re: Analyze rss subscribers

I'm using php-stat, which is rather old and does not have functionality like that.

Maybe I'm going to try Awstat..

Thanks

Re: Simple form in a block

Thanks Wilson,

This module looks very good, don't know yet how to get the subscribe page into a block on my frontpage, but I suppose that will be no problem.

But there are two other problems. A. I can't get into Main Config page. B. When a user tries to subscribe to the newsletter, he gets the following errormessage:

Quote:
INTERNAL ERROR. Due to an error with our email system, we are unable to complete your subscribtion at the moment.

I think it has something to do with sending the confirmation email...

I'll start a seperate topic about this problem...

btw, I'm using XOOPS 2.2.3, which might cause the problem...

Thanks!
Cuno

Is there any way to analyze how many people are subscribed to your rss feed?

Thanks

Simple form in a block

Hi all,

I'm looking for a module with which I can create a simple form on my frontpage. I want to have two fields (name and emailaddress), so that anonymous users can subscribe to a newsletter on the frontpage (within a block), without going through a steps (e.g. like formulaire).

Anyone a suggestion?

Thanks
Cuno

My Links template problem

Hi

I'm using XOOPS 2.2.3 and My Links 1.1

I'm trying to edit mylinks_link.html that way that the newred.gif is in front of the link itself. Now it is behind the link.

I can't find out where it is. It has something to do with the {$link.cid} or the {$link.id}.

Someone any suggestions?

Thanks
Cuno

Re: Give anonymous users access to module after installation

We've solved the problem.
For those who ever will experience the same problem, we have changed line 111 in index.php into:

if($xoopsUser)
    {

$uname $xoopsUser->getVar('uname');
    }else{

$uname "Anoniem";
    }

Re: Give anonymous users access to module after installation

Hi Marco,

Thank you.

It may be a better idea to switch to wf-links....

Thanks.
