I'm badly in need of a real estate module too. Right now I'm struggling with Smart section and xcgal but it's messy .. to many clicks to get to the properties.

I'm using the smartsection module to list properties but instead of showing submit article, I'd like to show 'submit property'. Anybody know what I need to change to do this.

Hi, I've just installed Evennews on my site. I don't think the kind of user I get would relate to the Nickname field. Is there any way I can remove this field. I've tried removing it in the evennew_subscr.html form but nothing has changed ... I see that Nickname is a mandatory field but the Name field is not. Could I remove the name field and change the title of the Nickname field to 'Name' in the main.php file. My limited knowledge has run out and now I'm stuck! Help!
