What's function of template ? I'm don't know what's the use of code in the downloaded default template, could i convert it into a formal internet view before i start to modify it ? By a beginner, your help appreciated.

A beginner need help from any experienced user of XOOPS here : I want to know how could I customize the header and resize the block ? Now, i decide to replace XOOPS logo and banner with my own website logo and resize the original block. Can anyone help me on this. Your help appreciated.
