Perfect, that's exactly what I wanted.

If anyone does install it though, they should also see this thread about a possible bug:

I am using XOOPS 2.0.13 and I find that the Members, Last Logon column is never accurate.

I would like to add a module to give me basic stats like how many times a user has logged on etc. Can anyone recommend anything?

Thanks
Colin

Thanks, that worked well for changing the names. There are quite a few files to change, dotted in all sorts of folders.

Again, thanks for the help.

Is there a simple way to edit the name of and/or delete emelements in the Members module?

For example,
Can I change ICQ to "Telephone"?
Can I delete or hide AIM, YIM and MSNM?

I notice in the file xoopsmembers_searchform.html that there is a loop searchform.elements which displays element.caption

Thanks

I have the module Tiny Event v1.01 but I don't see any Notification Options that most modules have.

Is it that Tiny Event doesn't support Notifications or have I got a problem?

If Tiny Event doesn't support Notifications, has anyone done a modification to add this?
or
Is there another simple event/calendar module that someone could recommend that does include notifications?

Many thanks

Thanks for the debug advice, so I can now safely say:

I have XOOPS 2.0.13 and have just installed PD-Download 1.0. If I set a Notify me when any new file is submitted (awaiting approval) and then go to Notifications, I get (this is with PHP Debug turned on):

Parse error: parse error, unexpected '/' in /home/wstngorg/public_html/network/modules/PDdownloads/include/notification.inc.php on line 8
Notice [PHP]: Undefined offset: 1 in file modules/news/include/notification.inc.php line 38
Warning [PHP]: array_intersect(): Argument #1 is not an array in file modules/PDdownloads/xoops_version.php line 78

Can you help me?

I am using the standard theme phpkaox.
I have also installed the Tiny Event module.

I have installed PD-Downloads version 1

If I set a notification for PD-Downloads, to notify when a new submission is awaiting approval, then the Notifications page is totally blank.

XOOPs 2.0.13

Any ideas?

Thanks

Download Module - Anyone Recommend One?

I have XOOPS 2.0.13 (although I have updated the News module and added a Calendar module). I am very pleased so far with the results.

However, the Download module, which requires the file to be on a public server already is not user friendly enough for my target users.

Can anyone recommend a new Download type Module that will
(a) let my users Submit a new file from their local hard disk and
(b) send a notification to Webmasters and let them approve the new file?

I have seen some of the Document Management modules in the Modules Repository, but Docmanager seems to have plenty of problems and Document Management System is over the top for my simple needs.

Anyone have any recomendations?

Thanks
Colin Davis
