I have just installed xoops-2.0.13.1
When I login as admin, and click on
System Config > Templates, I am redirected to the System config homepage listing: Avatars, Banners, Blocks, Comments ...
but no template page?
Any ideas?

I need a email directory, simular the addres book system, but just need Category, Name, and Email.
Is there something that already exists? Or is it possible to edit the exisiting address book?
