sorry im new to this im not sure how to check im running my site off a subdomain (t35.com) and im using a free database (www.freesql.org) but ive done everything correctly installin XOOPS it said everything was ok not 1 error everything was successful but when I try to go to my index.php just the white blank page

Sorry, I have searched and searched everywhere I found stuff im looking for but none of it works. When I go to my homepage the page is blank with nothing on it. I've done every debug that I can to show me errors but yet still a white blank page. If ne one has ne suggestions PLEASE let me know. Thanks in advance
