ok, well assuming you know the username and pass to the database :) I would suggest getting MySQLfront to connect to the databaes and edit the table. Or you can use phpmyadmin and use that to do the same thing. The question is which is easier for you to do. Are you looking for a place to host it? If it was hosted with us I could easily fix it for you. :)

where is your site hosted? do they provide phpmyadmin?

Try going tohttp://yoursite.com/user.php and see if you can get a login screen. If you can get logged in but can’t see any pages then go directly to

http://yoursite.com/modules/system/admin.php

And make the changes. The admin section is not themed and should not be affected.
