tbl has not properties (module xhelp v. 0.78 assign to: for ticket)

I installed xhelp module v 0.78 but when I submit a new ticket and assign to: "department"

I see this error:

Error in Handler
Name : TypeError
Message: tbl has not properties
File:http:///addTicket.php
Line 39

can i add a new status?
OLD - OPEN - CLOSED AND PROGRESS ETC ETC?
MODIFY THE FILE .PHP?
