how to do mouseover "Search Forum"

Hi all,

when mouseover the word of "Search Forum", a frame will displayed, it contain a field and a submit button.

anyone know how to do that? any tutorial can refer?

installation error at index.php

hi all,
i follow the installation guide. then run the installation setup. Index page occurs
